Function Buildings and Kitchen Sections: We initiated a thorough roof sheeting maintenance program, beginning with removing the old waterproofing. Roof Slabs & Balcony Maintenance: Recognising the need for a sustainable solution for the balconies, we began by stripping the existing coverings and tiles. With a keen focus on quality, the substrate was prepped, following which we installed the advanced Armtec Hyperflex waterproofing system. This not only ensured waterproofing but also allowed for the application of a tile-ready top coat. Subsequent to this, we retiled the balconies, giving them a fresh and revamped appearance.

Hotel and Units: Certain units within the resort had roofs that had suffered significant damage over the years. Our first order of business was to rebuild these roofs, ensuring the safety and aesthetics of the establishment. All old waterproofing was stripped, and any damaged sheeting was promptly fixed or replaced. The roofs were then sealed and waterproofed, guaranteeing longevity.
