The All Hair facility, a prominent manufacturer of hair products situated in the industrial zone of Sunderland Ridge, Centurion, stands as another example of EcoSeal’s expertise. This endeavor underscores our dedication to providing premier roofing solutions that seamlessly blend functionality with aesthetic appeal.

Scope of Work: The project began with a comprehensive cleaning of the roof, ensuring all dirt, debris, and grease were effectively removed to pave the way for subsequent treatments. Special attention was then given to sections exhibiting rust.

These areas were diligently treated with a rust inhibitor to halt any further corrosion and ensure the longevity of the roofing material. Recognising the vulnerable areas of the roof, such as overlaps, joints, and screw lines, these sections were waterproofed to prevent any potential leaks or moisture infiltration.

The finishing touch was the application of paints; a full coat of Plascon EMS 18 primer was applied, laying a robust foundation for the final layers. Subsequently, two full coats of Plascon Nu roof cool were sprayed, granting the roof not only added protection but also an appealing, refreshed appearance.
