In anticipation of harnessing solar power, Deli Spice in Midrand sought EcoSeal’s expertise to renovate both the roof slab sections and the main roof of their bustling factory. The project was both intricate and expansive, addressing multiple areas of concern.

Beginning with the roof slab sections, our team meticulously cleaned and prepared the area. Damaged torchon sections were expertly sealed using our StretchSeal membrane. Our professionals ensured outlets were properly sealed, while aircon platforms, vents, and even leaking geysers were addressed with precision. We employed the robust ArmTec HyperFlex waterproofing system, known for its durability and reliability.

The main roof’s refurbishment saw an equally rigorous process. Hand cleaning coupled with high-pressure washing, followed by a thorough application of galv prep, ensured a pristine surface. Rust conversion on compromised sections was performed before the entire roof was primed. Finally, two coats of high-quality roof paint sealed the deal, rendering the roof not only watertight but also ready for the solar panel installations.
