The Eco Seal solution: the SealPro ArmTec system

As an approved SealPro applicator, Eco Seal rebuilt each slab using the SealPro ArmTec reinforced system, purpose-designed for flat concrete decks:

1. Preparation and priming. Every slab was cleaned back to sound substrate, loose material removed and the crumbling drain surrounds made good, then sealed with Penetrar penetrating primer.
2. Crack and detail sealing. All cracks, upstands and drain outlets were reinforced with Flex and StretchSeal, detailing the vulnerable outlet areas that had failed before.
3. Reinforced membrane. The full slab received HyperFlex embedded with ArmTec mesh, creating a tough, elastic, fully reinforced waterproof layer.
4. Protective topcoat. A final coat of HydroSeal HF was applied over the membrane to seal the system and give a durable, UV-stable grey finish.

The result: a seamless, watertight roof

The mid garage, back garage, bedroom and poolroom slabs are now covered by one continuous, monolithic membrane with no exposed edges or failed outlets.
